  • Design N Rank – Montréal, QC

  • Full Time Position: Monday to Friday 10:00am-6:00pm

We are a fun rewarding telemarketing company and are committed to hiring and retaining the best Customer Retention Specialists through excellent compensation and reliable work schedule.

We’re seeking someone with passion and experience to match our own. To qualify for this position, you need the following:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Retention, Client Success, Conflict Resolution or Sales.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, structured, dynamic environment, with the ability to maintain composure in stressful situations and manage and diffuse angry or upset customers.
  • You will help business owners recognize the value of Design N Rank and identify new opportunities to increase that value as a seamless part of their business. They will change their mind about canceling their subscription after working with you.
  • A problem solver. You will quickly identify the root cause of issues, pinpoint strategies to eliminate those causes and work with clients to implement change.

Excellent listening skills, patience and the ability to diplomatically overcome objections

  • Previous sales skills and abilities
  • A goal-oriented team player mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Personal organization, dedication, and reliability
